I have excellent experience within the financial services industry, working in a variety of roles with some of the largest insurance brokers in the country, and for Zurich one of the largest insurers in the world. During this time I have gained a lot of valuable expertise in sales, ********************************************************
I hold an Honours Degree in Business Studies from Carlow IT. The title of my final year dissertation was “To determine the impact of the evaluation of training programmes on job performance, within the Insurance Industry as applied to Zurich”. I found my research in this area to be very interesting and I intend to complete a Masters’ Degree by research, covering the area of coaching, training and development. I obtained the CIP qualification with the Insurance Institute and am in the process of completing the ACII insurance qualification.
